Matthew Sawyer (Director)
Matt has worked in the manufacturing and construction industries for 30 years, with 14 of those years spent managing an engineering design and construction company in the gas and energy industry. His role included operational and business management as well as direct involvement in large scale natural gas facility projects.
Matt brings expertise in business operations, project management, risk management, contracting and commercial management to the Poyzer Sawyer operations.

Wes Poyzer (Director)
Wes has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. Starting with an apprenticeship in carpentry, Wes started his own business 20 years ago and has spent a lot of time in the commercial construction arena working on Tier 2 projects before transitioning to luxury homes in Noosa.
Currently focusing on high end new builds and renovations, for both clients and development opportunities Wes enjoys the constant challenges that arise with high end design.

Sacha Poyzer (Design)
Sacha started out with small residential property developments over the last 20 years. Moving to Noosa in 2012 opened up the world of high end design and all the excitement and opportunities that came to create beautiful homes for both clients and homes for sale.
Sacha enjoys the challenges of renovating and reconfiguring an older or original home and making it like new, as well as the unlimited design opportunities that come with an architectural new build.

Chloe has worked in the logistics and construction industries for 6 years. Chloe is an all-rounder with experience in managing aspects of HR, accounting, contract administration, quality control and compliance.
