An original waterfront home, lovingly cared for but dated in its layout and finishes and lacking function in its outdoor space. We were able to reconfigure the layout in the living and outdoor areas, creating a lot more of an effective “indoor outdoor” feel as well as adding a butler’s pantry and outdoor kitchen connected with the indoor, creating a kitchen with an extensive luxury catering and entertaining ability. We were also able to add an ensuite and courtyard to a downstairs bedroom creating the important addition of a downstairs master.

New structural curved outdoor areas brought protection from the western sun while providing a place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. New stacker doors opened most of the kitchen and dining to the outside and all new flooring, finishes, lighting and landscaping created a relaxed and contemporary home to enjoy the Noosa lifestyle.
