An original home in a very dated style, 513 Noosa Springs was desperate for some new finishes and updated style.  The original floorplan was already exceptional, needing just a few tweaks to turn it into a stunning family home in a special location with stunning northerly views over the Noosa Springs Golf Course.

We added engineered oak flooring, suspended natural stone feature gas fireplace, the addition of a bifold door giving open access to a protected courtyard dining area and the addition of a large circular firepit overlooking the golf course.  With a completely new kitchen, bathrooms and all finishes upgraded and new, including lighting and power points, switches, and extensive landscape the home was converted to a stunning property with a calm, relaxing and luxurious feel.
