A large family home that was largely original, but had seen some upgrades but was terribly poor in its function.  However, we were able to see the potential and with some considerable configuration we turned a difficult space into a relaxed and exceptional family space.

We moved the kitchen to the western side of the house giving it views easterly down the canal and open to see the pool through north facing sliding doors.  We added a stacker to the canal side outdoor entertaining area.  With some additional structural work we opened the house up to the water views it should have had from the start.

We changed a poorly lit working space into an open functional space, with better light, better views, better access and the addition of a movie room.

Add in the reconfiguration of bathrooms, with all new fixtures, fittings, finishes and landscaping throughout, we created a beautiful large family home.
