In the centre of Duke Street, Sunshine Beach we found a dated 2 bed apartment with soaring ceilings and an elevated position. It was original construction with the kitchen set right back in the unit, however, in an incredible location with stunning blue water views of Sunshine Beach, and perfectly central in the café strip, with access at the front door to the best coffee and restaurants that Sunshine Beach can offer.

Bringing the unit into current design aesthetics, we bought the kitchen forward to join the dining and living area under the 4m ceilings. We reconfigured the bathrooms and laundry to utilize space and provide a more open environment, opening up the master ensuite to take in the amazing coastal views. Moving the kitchen enabled us to add a bedroom, and we fully renovated the unit with stunning stone, high end fixtures and fittings, including cove cladding, engineered oak flooring, feature LED lighting and VZug appliances to create a home away from home in one of the best locations imaginable.
